The United States Senate Judiciary Committee will hold a nominations hearing tomorrow morning. The hearing will include the nomination of David Chipman to be Director of ATF. Chipman has a long history of gun control advocacy that disqualifies him from leading the agency charged with enforcing federal gun laws.

Chipman’s employer has argued against any individual right to gun ownership at the Supreme Court.

Chipman has advocated for banning popular semiautomatic firearms and their standard magazines.

Chipman has a proven history of lying to support his attempts to restrict the rights of law-abiding American gun owners.

Please contact both of your United States Senators and ask them to vote against David Chipman.
