Donald Trump addresses NRA gathering at Great American Outdoor Show in Central PA

Second Amendment

Former President Donald Trump made an appearance on Friday night at the annual National Rifle Association gathering, held during the Great American Outdoor Show in Harrisburg.

This is the first time the former president has been to Central PA as part of this campaign.

During his address, the former president emphasized Second Amendment rights, stating, “And when I’m reelected, every single Biden attack on gun owners and manufacturers will be terminated my very first week back in office, perhaps my first day.”

Pennsylvania is a key battleground for Trump, who is actively seeking support in the state’s upcoming primary.

He made a clear request to Pennsylvanians, saying, “If you live in this Commonwealth, register everyone you know and get them out to vote. We have to.”

Despite various legal challenges, including indictments and court proceedings, Trump’s supporters at the Great American Outdoor Show remained unwavering. CBS 21 interviewed attendees to get their thoughts on how potential legal issues might affect their support.

One Trump supporter stated, “It’ll increase and increase and increase because I’m confident that President Trump hasn’t done anything wrong.”

Another supporter, Steven Wolfe, commented, “I will vote for Donald Trump even if he is in jail.”

Trump ended the evening with a straightforward message to his supporters, saying, “We will make America proud again, we will make America safe again and we will make America great again.”
