State Representative Frank Burns seeks re-election

Second Amendment

CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — State Representative Frank Burns (D-Cambria) has announced that he is seeking re-election.

Burns noted that over the years, Cambria County has seen “real progress” and that he recognizes the state government’s need to focus on growing the middle class by creating an environment for businesses to generate jobs.

“As an independent-minded Democrat, I have always stood up to anyone, including leaders of my own party and several governors, to ensure the people of the district are being heard. I pride myself on putting the people of the district before politics,” Burns said. “I’m willing to work with anyone  Republicans or Democrats, Independents or people not even registered to vote  just as long as they want to get things done in an open and transparent manner.”
