ILA | Florida: Constitutional Carry Continues to Advance

The Senate Criminal Justice Committee will meet on Monday, February 20, 2023, to vote on Senate Bill 150, the Senate companion to House Bill 543, the constitutional carry bill. The hearing will take place in the Knott Building (room 412) at 3 p.m. Please attend in order to show your support for SB 150 and help Florida become the 26th constitutional carry state!

On Tuesday, February 21, 2023, The House Judiciary Committee will meet to vote on House Bill 543. The hearing will take place in Sumner Hall (404 HOB) at 8:00 a.m. Please attend and show your support for HB 543! 

This important legislation recognizes the right of law-abiding adults to carry a firearm for self-defense without having to obtain government permission.
