ILA | Kansas: Measure to Prevent Firearm Industry Discrimination Heading to the Senate Floor

Gun News

Today, the Senate Committee on Federal and State Affairs passed the Firearm Industry Nondiscrimination Act, Senate Bill 482.  The pro-gun measure will now head to the Senate Floor for a full vote.  Please contact your State Senator and ask them to SUPPORT Senate Bill 482.

Senate Bill 482 prohibits anti-gun companies who discriminate against lawful businesses engaged with the firearm industry, from being able to enter into certain government contracts in the state of Kansas.  Businesses who engage in such discriminatory practices should not be allowed to benefit from taxpayer funded contracts in the Sunflower State.

Again, please contact your state Senator and ask them to SUPPORT Senate Bill 482.
