SB 116 by Sen. Carrie Hamblen (D-Las Cruces), which discriminates against law-abiding young adults aged 18-20 by prohibiting them from purchasing or possessing a semiautomatic firearm — with limited exceptions – will be heard by the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday. March 1, at 1:30pm in Room 321 of the Roundhouse. Please contact committee members and urge them to OPPOSE SB 116.
